Facilitator's Guide for Hosting Immersive Arts and Entrepreneurial Workshops

Undergraduate students enrolled in the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD) department of Creative Entrepreneurship, Bio-systems class of fall 2023 partnered with the artists of @1860 and Niriqatiginnga, a Winnipeg-based non-profit organizations serving communities across Manitoba and Kivalliq Nunavut.

The intention of this guide is to be used as a template for conceptualizing and hosting immersive arts workshops around food sovereigntyStudent-designed workshops were designed in partnership with Niriqatignninga as a collaborative effort in exploring food sovereignty and security in urban, rural and northern regions.
