With a multidisciplinary background, Constance brings forth experience, ideas and practical/logistical energy for arts, social and environmental entrepreneurship. She earned a Masters Degree at the University of Manitoba in Natural Resources Management and has worked for the City of Winnipeg and for industry.

She has served on many boards and committees over the years including six years on the Premier’s Advisory Council (Manitoba) Constance has worked with many projects in the arts, environment & social sectors.

She founded the business Chocolatier Constance Popp in St. Boniface making and selling artisan chocolate. Constance has wrote and directed plays and organized many artistic events.
